PnuemAna is a unique synthesis of breathwork techniques including Wim Hoff, Holotropic, DMT Breathing, and more. Experience transformative breathwork that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit, all complemented by an uplifting playlist. 🎶🎵

What to Expect:

• Activate the energies of your Crown, Heart, and Root chakras through sound, visualization, mantras, and mudras.
• Embark on an educational journey into the energetic system as we amplify results together.

In this time of heightened energies, emotions, and projections, let’s learn to transmute rather than bypass. 🌊

We’ll work as a living channel, clearing stagnant energy, opening natural energetic pathways, and releasing what doesn’t belong to you. This clarity will help you discern what is truly yours and enhance your aura and merkaba. 😌
