Preservation Idaho WalkAbout Boise Downtown History Tour

Join us for WalkAbout Boise — a 90-minute guided walking tour through 150 years of history and architecture. Let us introduce you to the built environment that makes downtown Boise unique! This tour is great for both visitors and Idaho residents who want to learn more about how Boise's vibrant downtown was developed and the people who shaped it.The walking tours take place almost every Saturday at 10 AM, starting on May 30th and continuing through November 21st. Tours start promptly at 10am and end around 11:30am, beginning and ending in front of the Basque Museum & Cultural Center on Grove Street in downtown Boise. Tickets are $10 for Preservation Idaho members, and $15 for non-members. Children 13 and under are $8. Tickets are subject to tax and credit card processing fees. Tours are held rain or shine, so please dress appropriately and come prepared with sunscreen, umbrella, water, etc.
