We are going group volunteering for Bomba Estereo's live performance at the Stern Grove Festival. If you don't know yet, Stern Grove Festival is a free summer music festival that has been going on since 1938, 88 years in San Francisco. It is an establishment in SF's cultural & music scene, set in a scenic amphitheater like redwood park.

12:30-1 PM: Meet and greet
1:15 - 1:30: Walk to Stern Grove
2 pm: Show starts
2:30 pm: Divide into pairs, shift starts
Interlude some time, regroup
5:30 pm Shift ends
6 pm Group coffee & chat

The shift we are to register is fund raiser during the show, basically we would walk the festival ground in pairs, and collect donations. So we will go places and constantly bump into each other teams. Forget to mention, that you will also get two free tickets to a future show you select.
