Queens Against Borders x Guardians of Equality Movement

A night of drag, performance, DJs, and community raising funds for LGBTQ+ people in Syria.

Join us at Urban Spree for a special fundraising edition of Queens Against Borders, a community-led performance party building solidarity with and for trans and queer refugees and migrants in Berlin since 2015.

This evening brings together artists from across the SWANA region and beyond for a celebration of queer creativity, resilience, and community. Through drag, dance, performance, and music, the night creates space for artists to share their stories while bringing together allies, chosen family, and Berlin’s queer community.

Following the performances, the dance floor continues with DJ sets from some of Berlin’s finest selectors.

This edition is dedicated to supporting Guardians of Equality Movement (GEM), whose emergency work assists LGBTQ+ people in Syria facing persecution, violence, displacement, and urgent humanitarian needs. Once our artists have been paid, all remaining proceeds will be donated directly to support trans women and LGBTQ+ people in Syria.
