We invite all LGBTQ+ individuals to come together for a supportive and welcoming experience. This is your space to connect with others and discuss topics close to our community’s heart.

In this session, we will focus on the mental health of LGBTQ+ individuals in an educative and open manner.
🔹 Participation is free, but registration is required!
No commitment is necessary, just a willingness to listen and share.

Our goal is to create a safe environment for openly sharing stories; everything discussed remains private.

Please refrain from using your phone or recording during the session.
✔️ Peer Support, Not Therapy
This is a peer support group where you can share experiences—not a therapeutic session. If you are in therapy, consider discussing your participation with your therapist.
