Read Writing Hood Poetry Salon | New Beginnings

Join us for an enchanting evening of poetry, storytelling, and the beauty of the in-between at the Read Writing Hood hosted in the new poetic venue of The Midnight Espresso in Chiado.

Read Writing Hood serves as a sanctuary for soulful expression, showcasing 11 micro performances that reveal deep emotions and thoughts. This edition, titled NEW BEGINNINGS, celebrates FIRST TIME poets as they take the stage with fresh perspectives and fervent energy!

The evening will be hosted and curated by Anna Mouchref, a talented poet and imagination coach, who transforms language into portals of transformation. Through her unique typewritten poetry and immersive experiences like Dreamweaving, Anna invites you to reclaim your voice and make poetry a living ritual.

This non-profit event also supports the artists behind the scenes, including photographers, musicians, and logistical curators. Please note that the entry window closes promptly at 7:30 PM, so we encourage you to arrive by 6:30 PM for a drink or snack while soaking in the ambiance.
