Recharge & Create: Mindful Clay For Creative Flow @ Westerpark 🌸✨

Burnout prevention and recovery call for space to slow down and simply be. Creating with your hands can gently help you reconnect with yourself and the present moment.

On Monday, August 10th, at 10:45 am, we’ll meet in front of the Fabrique Des Lumières, then settle down on one of the park benches to play with air-dry clay to slow down, reconnect, and explore what can unfold through clay, bringing play and creativity together.

The session will be hosted by Ritika, our community member and volunteer host.

A calm, welcoming space with people who understand burnout Relaxed conversations while playing with air-dry clay – no pressure to share
Your own clay creation to take home – bring a container with you Wear comfortable clothes that can handle a little clay just in case

• You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but the community is centered around burnout prevention and recovery. 🌱
