Ridge & Not so Famous: Haldigrat Ridge to Brisen (2'403m) and onwards

Nice T3 ridge hike incl. the peaks Brisen and Risetenstock.
(Optional excursion to Schwalmis for the super fast ones.)
Plus: Temperatures at around 2'000m of altitude are about 9°-10° C cooler than in Zürich!

THE HIKE:
From Niederrickenbach we walk to Alpboden and from there go up to Haldigrat ridge by chairlift. Then we hike along the Haldigrat ridge to peak #1, Brisen (2'403m) and onwards along the Glattgrat ridge to peak #2, Risetenstock (2'289m). Optional for the super fast ones: peak #3, Schwalmis (2'246m).
Fantastic views are almost guaranteed!

WEATHER:
We will start the main hike at 1'940m of altitude and the following up & down is between 2'000m and 2'400m until we descend later in the afternoon: about 9°-10° C cooler than in Zürich!

09:10h: IR Luzern (dir. Engelberg, pf. 12) to «Niederrickenbach Station» 09:40h: Cablecar from «Niederrickenbach Talstation» to «Niederrickenbach Dorf»
*09:48h: Arrival at «Niederrickenbach Dorf» and start of the hike
