For this session, we will take a thoughtful look back at how the first half of 2026 has unfolded, particularly focusing on our energy, boundaries, and overall wellbeing — essential aspects of our lives that often hold everything together but are easy to overlook.

A Gentle Reflection: In Sync With My Body

Dr. Yap Lip Kee from Monash IVF will lead a short and meaningful reflection on women’s health, energy, and long-term wellbeing. This will be a relaxed 20-minute pause to tune into ourselves, notice our feelings over the past six months, and reflect on how well we are caring for our bodies.

• Ticket: $15 per lady, inclusive of one non-alcoholic drink of your choice. Food can be ordered directly from the restaurant and paid for individually. We encourage you to come hungry, order dinner, and enjoy an evening of good food and conversations while supporting our gracious host.
