Join us for an enriching workshop led by the talented Whitney Newton, where you'll dive into the art of Japanese sashiko embroidery. This unique technique not only reinforces fabric but also adds stunning geometric patterns through simple straight stitches.
In this intensive class, we’ll cover the essentials of selecting materials and developing patterns to help revive and beautify your wardrobe. We encourage you to bring 1-2 pieces of clothing that are in need of mending; perfect options include medium weight woven fabrics like blouses or blue jeans, and we’ll help you patch them up beautifully! 👖👚
At TAC, our mission is to equip you with lifelong skills and knowledge, focusing on the learning experience rather than just the final product. Please note that One Day Intensives do not include free open studio time.
