This one-day Open Space Technology UnConference brings together 200+ women to co-create the agenda, lead the conversations, and share what they genuinely know — no rehearsed keynotes, no curated talking points, no panels.

Instead: real questions, hard-won insights, and the kind of pattern recognition that comes from navigating systems that were never designed with women in mind. That is the expertise this moment demands.

🗓️ About the Event

She's Geeky: AI Edition is an official Human + Tech Week (HTW) partner event, serving as a closing-day gathering at the end of HTW. Rather than preset programming, participants surface the conversations most urgent to them — from power dynamics and ethical friction to burnout, leadership pathways, collaboration models, and what human thriving should genuinely look like in practice.

This format creates a container for women in AI and technology to integrate everything they've encountered during the week and in their broader work.
