Join us for the next meetup in our Show & Tell series, where we invite designers to come together and learn from each other through experience-driven talks and honest conversations.
This edition features two presentations from practitioners working at the intersection of complexity and design - followed by Q&A, a panel discussion, and plenty of time to connect.
Hosted by Volvo Cars in their offices at MOOD Gallerian, this event is open to UX, UI, and Service designers of all experience levels. IxDF membership is not required.

She has worked extensively in e-commerce, including leading the design system for HP.com stores, and now serves as a UX Cluster Lead at Volvo Cars, spanning fulfillment, fleet, and car service. Passionate about interaction patterns and systems thinking, Melissa focuses on making workflows feel clear, efficient, and reliable.
Embrace the Unknown: Research Tactics for Complex, Evolving Products
Julia Stigenius, UX / UI designer @ TRATON Financial Services
Julia is a UX researcher and designer with a background in computer sciences and interaction design. She has experience across industrial tech, public digital healthcare, and financial services, working on research and design that supports expert workflows, decision-making, and evolving product needs in complex B2B environments.
Laura Wiegand, Product Manager @ Yazen
Laura is a product leader with 15+ years of experience across B2B and B2C, specializing in complex, data-rich and AI-driven environments. She currently works on digitalizing healthcare and previously led UX at Northvolt, bringing a background in computer science and social science to make complexity clear and actionable through user research.
