• Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop.
• Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows are non-refundable.
• As a goodwill gesture, you may transfer to a future workshop of equal value if at least 7 days notice is given.
• Workshop credits must be used within 3 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations. Please contact us directly for exceptional circumstances.
