Smoke and Flow: Summer Sessions

Welcome to yoga infused with herb! Join us to flow and build community in an open space.

✨ Open to everyone of age, regardless of experience level. Feel free to incorporate herb into your practice or enjoy it without—everyone is truly welcomed to make the practice their own while creating a collective energy.

This event is designed to be flowy and fun, fostering connections with yourself and others.

🏛️ We are fortunate to collaborate with Culture House, utilizing their beautiful old bank building as our studio. The space features a basement for our practice and will soon include an art gallery to inspire your sensory experience.

🗓️ Classes will occur twice a month at the Culture House. They are donation-based, allowing everyone to contribute according to their ability. The focus is on fostering connection through practice and open energy.
