Soft Sundays : Sound Healing & Soft Touch - relax into pleasure

✨ Join us for a soothing and rejuvenating Sunday session designed to help you unwind and reset for the week ahead. This two-hour event offers a harmonious blend of sound healing and mindful touch.

Participants will engage in a unique experience, working in pairs to both give and receive gentle touch, paired with the healing vibrations from instruments such as gongs and crystal bowls. Throughout our journey, you'll be guided through a relaxing touch sequence aimed at softening the nervous system.

Feel free to follow your intuition and allow the flow of your touch to emerge naturally, all while grounded in consent and mutual comfort.

We’ll kick off the session by arriving together, then dive into the sound and touch journey before wrapping up with tea and an optional sharing circle for those who wish to connect.

🌟 No prior experience is necessary—come just as you are! If you’re bringing a friend, you are welcome to pair up with them.
