Somartica
Somartica:
Where movement meets creativity
& Presence meets play
Join us for a joyous evening where meditation melts into movement, movement makes way to art, and before you know it, you're drawing on the walls, rolling on the ground belly laughing, and connecting with yourself and others in ways you forgot you remembered. 🤸🏽♀️
Somartica blends somatics with art through research-backed methods that help quiet your mind, settle your nervous system, and get you into flow. Doooope!
Think of it like a one night summer camp. Or a nervous system reset. Or an art class. Or actually: all three.
The evening includes:
✨ A somatic meditation ~ to help settle your nervous system
🌀 Intuitive movement ~ to open into presence + flow
🎨 Creative expression ~ with all manner of materials (Crayons! Paint! Yarn! Etc!)
🤸🏽♀️ Pure, unscripted play ~ to wiggle, release, giggle
🌿 A closing circle ~ to leave refreshed + ready to re-enter the world
You'll laugh. You'll connect. You'll throw some paint around. And you might even leave more grounded and more free.
What people are saying:
"Somartica is a blast."
"I was out of my head and in a silly flow state the whole time!"
No experience necessary. Whether you're a seasoned artist and mover or total beginner, you are welcome.
Can't wait to see you!
Wear clothes you can move in.
