Caroline Caswell is the Marketing Partner at Operator Collective, a venture capital firm pioneering investment from senior enterprise executives at companies like Stripe, OpenAI, and Microsoft. She oversees content, social media, PR, events, and brand marketing, and supports portfolio founders at key moments.
Caroline has previously run marketing at All Raise, a nonprofit supporting female and non-binary investors and founders. With extensive experience in advising startups across all sectors, she is also a founding member of Mixing Board, a community for top comms and brand marketing leaders.
