Summer Festival at SICPF

Join us for a vibrant Summer Festival at the Sapporo International Communication Plaza Foundation! 🌼 No reservation is needed—simply arrive at the Plaza on the day of the festival.

🌸 Yukata Experience: Have you ever wanted to wear a traditional yukata? 🥻 With the help of our friendly volunteers, you can don a yukata for the festivities. If you don’t own one, don’t worry! Yukata rentals are available for just 500 yen.

🌳 Enjoy a delightful stroll around Odori Park with fellow participants and volunteers. There will be plenty of fun activities, including festival games, origami sessions, and a classical Japanese dance performance. Don’t miss the chance to learn and join in the Bon festival dance at the end of the event! 💃✨

• Venue: Sapporo International Communication Plaza Foundation (MN Bldg. 3F, Kita 1 Nishi 3-3)
• When: Saturday, July 18, 10:30 a.m. - noon

🔔 Note: Yukata sizes and numbers are limited! Arrive early from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to secure yours on a first-come-first-served basis.

• A cleaning fee of 500 yen applies for rentals.
• Bring your own yukata to dress up for free! Please wear a t-shirt and short pants or leggings; sandals complement a yukata beautifully. 👡
