Sarah Entwistle — Private Chef & Culinary Storyteller

Sarah's relationship with the kitchen started early — she taught herself to cook at age 12 when her mother re-entered the workforce. After graduating from American University, she built a career in finance at Goldman Sachs, but the pull of food was undeniable. In 2017, she made a bold pivot, enrolling at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. Today she weaves together her love of food, culture, and hospitality into every dish she creates.

Mercedes Vargas — Chef & Health Coach

Mercedes specializes in maternal health and sustainable wellness, helping busy families — especially mothers — and young professionals nourish themselves without sacrificing flavor or joy. A natural community builder and art lover, she believes kitchen confidence starts with the right systems, and that every meal deserves a touch of whimsy. When she's not leading cooking classes, running her meal prep service, or working in a professional kitchen, she's traveling the globe drawing inspiration from diverse food cultures and wellness traditions.
