Prepare for an energizing circuit training session that focuses on team spirit and full-body engagement—no competition here! Join us as we host the inspiring CrossFit athlete and coach, Tuğçe Melis Eminoğlu, at her gym.

Expect some coffee, great conversations, and then dive into a fantastic 45-minute workout! 🔥 This session is tailored for all fitness levels, featuring fundamental movements. Whether you're just starting or are a seasoned athlete, we invite you to be part of this vibrant energy! 💕

Space is limited to 30 participants due to the class format, so be sure to secure your spot!
