
T & J's Supper Club Presents The Redemption Supper Club
The redemption supper club is an opportunity to redo and improve 2 dishes from previous supper clubs, whilst introducing 3 new ones. With these two dishes, we felt as if we had a score to settle and aim to do that with this supper club.
Expect Sicilian street food with a West African twist. Prawn toast, keeping its Cantonese origins with nods to Ghana. Revisiting our much-loved palm wine burre blanc with lightly seasoned pan-seared salmon. Slow-cooked beef, with the vibrant Nyama choma flavours of Nairobi, skewered with a fragrant rice.
We will be introducing our first official ice cream flavour - our Miso Jagamel ice cream, which will be paired with a brown butter crumble and apples spiced with strong Ghanaian nutmeg.
