What Is Contra Dance?

Contra dance is a lively, social dance led by a caller who guides everyone through the steps. It's a fun way to connect with others, featuring:

• A highly social atmosphere
• An aerobic workout

You don’t need a partner; you’ll dance with different partners throughout the evening, and all dances are taught. 💃🕺
