Our FREE, family-friendly festival is back for 2026.Branded 'London's most unique festival' by Time Out, the festival is the town's flagship community-led event.Thamesmead Festival features an exciting blend of local performers and established headliners, all handpicked by local people. Performances are spread across multiple stages in Southmere Park.Expect a day full of music, dance, comedy, art, food, local crafts, a dog show and much more. Local clubs, community groups and charities all play their part. For visitors who prefer quieter entertainment, the inclusive Free To Be calm zone offers a more relaxed festival experience.
