The Achievement Paradox: Why We Excel at Success but Lose Ourselves in the Process

À propos de l'événement

📵 A No-Phone Lecture 📵
Join us for a unique experience where we encourage a phone-free environment to foster connection and mindfulness. After checking in, you’ll be asked to turn off your phone and place it in an envelope, allowing us all to be present and engaged without distractions. Bring your own journal for note-taking, or purchase one at the event!

🏆 Why do successful individuals often feel disconnected?
In our productivity-driven culture, many high achievers find themselves emotionally drained and unfulfilled. Dr. Chrissy Stachl, a somatic empowerment coach with a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from UC Berkeley, examines this phenomenon through somatic coaching and personal experience. Discover how chronic achievement can alienate us from our emotions and relationships, and learn how to reconnect with your true self. ✨
