Driven by his political beliefs, Jesus fled his homeland, embarking on a daring adventure stowing away on a cruise liner with a guitar, a Hawaiian shirt, and an autographed Duane Eddy photo. đČđœâïž
Upon arriving in Southampton, he held dreams of musical triumph, but fate had other plans. His debut single, Gringo Woody Stomp (Mecca Recordings), launched on the same fateful day as The Beatles' She Loves You, shifting the British instrumental scene forever. đ€đ
