Are you curious about The Falling Class? Join us for a free introductory workshop on the last Friday of every month at Atlanta Judo Midtown! This is an excellent opportunity to learn safer-falling techniques in a welcoming and beginner-friendly environment.

Before You Register:

• One free workshop per person, per year
• Participants should be able to get up and down from the ground without assistance
• Designed for active adults ages 55+
• Registration is for the next available workshop only, does not roll over to future dates
