The Idea Competition 2026 for the Entrepreneurship Development Program

🎁 Benefits for Participants:

• 318 Hours of Training and Mentorship Opportunities: The first 50 shortlisted applicants will receive complimentary training, mentorship, and industry experience with certificates and credentials.
• Seed Funding Opportunity: Top ideas can receive seed funding of up to BDT 55 Lac:
  • 1st Prize: BDT 10 Lac
  • 2nd Prize: BDT 6 Lac
  • 3rd Prize: BDT 5 Lac
  • 4th to 14th Prizes: BDT 3 Lac each
• Networking and Linkages: All 50 shortlisted applicants will receive support from relevant stakeholders.
• Allowance: A need-based allowance for selected applicants upon completing the training and mentorship.
• Additional Prizes: Prizes for the top 3 selected applicants upon completing the training and mentorship.

✅ Eligibility:

Anyone may apply, provided at least one team member (the applicant/team leader) is a current student or alumnus of one of the partner universities under the project. Other team members can be from different universities or professional backgrounds.

The project is conducted by the Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship Center (ICE Center), DU, in partnership with the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh (UGC) and Ministry of Education (MoE), with support from KOICA. An expert team from South Korea provides valuable insights into this initiative.
