The Proposal Workshop: Write Your Application with Support

Join us for a hands-on workshop designed for creators with project ideas who need assistance in crafting their applications. This workshop focuses on key elements such as language, structure, budget, and timing. Participants will work on their own projects throughout the day and receive personalized feedback in a supportive, community-driven environment — true to the spirit of STPLN.

Content

• What makes an application strong? Narrative, logic, and credibility
• Goals, activities, results — and how to articulate them clearly
• Budgeting for creative projects: what’s allowed and what often gets overlooked?
• Independent writing time with guided support
• Peer feedback and group discussions

By the end of the day, each participant will have a working draft of their application, including a narrative outline, defined goals and activities, and a preliminary budget — all set for further development before the follow-up session in December.

Suited for

This workshop is ideal for creators with a concrete idea, particularly those at an early application stage. Participation is limited to a maximum of 12 individuals to ensure personalized support.

About the Facilitator

Chrissie Faniadis, an EU specialist and capacity builder, offers tailored strategies and solutions to various entities navigating the complex EU landscape. As the co-founder and CEO of Eunia, she provides strategic solutions in organizational development and internationalization practices. Chrissie is also the director at Transit, an interdisciplinary incubator in Stockholm that supports artists and creatives in their entrepreneurial journeys.

This event is organized as part of The Lab, the cultural incubator of STPLN.

The workshop will be conducted in English and is free of charge. It will be photo documented for STPLN's communication efforts.
