The Respark Summer Reset is an open afternoon at one of South London's most intentional wellness spaces and you're invited. Whether you've been coming to us for months or you've been curious about what we do, this day was made for you.
Respark Clinic is a premium wellness clinic in Nine Elms, built for people who are done running on empty. We specialise in Advanced BioStructural Correction chiropractic care, Reformer Pilates, red light therapy, and lymphatic drainage, everything your body needs to reset, realign, and function the way it was designed to.
We don't treat symptoms. We treat the whole person.
What's happening on the day?
This is a full afternoon of wellness — open, welcoming, and completely free to attend.
Come and try everything. All of our services will be available at reduced, taster rates so you can experience what Respark is really about. It's first come, first served on the day, so arrive early and make the most of it.
Here's what we have lined up:
🌬 Breathwork session — a guided reset for your nervous system. Come ready to breathe, slow down, and feel the difference.
🔔 Sound bath (to be confirmed) — lie back, let go, and let the sound do the work.
✨ More to be unveiled — we're keeping a few things close to our chest for now. Watch this space.
🎁 Goodie bags — curated with intention. While stocks last.

This event is free — but we do need to know numbers so we can prepare properly and make sure everyone gets the best experience possible. If you're planning to bring a friend, a partner, or anyone else, please register a ticket for them too. It takes 30 seconds and it means we can have everything ready for you both.
