Embark on a serene journey with our gentle guided meditation session, designed for those with busy minds. In one peaceful hour, you will be led into relaxation and stillness, helping to ease stress, calm the mind, improve sleep, and enhance your overall wellbeing. No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are and breathe.

📍 Location: A beautiful bush studio in Faulconbridge, merely 5 minutes from Springwood centre, enveloped by tranquil bushland, offering stunning trees and mountain views. This is your chance to step away from the fast pace of the week and embrace quietude and grounding.

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring/What's Provided:

  • Yoga mats, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided.
  • Feel free to bring a blanket for added comfort if you wish!

💲 Cost: $20 (community offering) – Cash & Card accepted. This accessible community price is designed to invite those who feel called to join.

🗓️ Booking: Spaces are limited to maintain a calming atmosphere, so let us know if you're coming by tapping “Going” on the event page!

🚗 Arrival Notes:

  • Drive to the end of the cul-de-sac; parking is available inside the last set of gates on the left.
  • If parking on the street, kindly park only on the left side and be mindful of neighboring homes.
  • Please note that there are stairs leading up to the studio.
