The Venture Walk with Sunil Sharma

We’re excited to welcome Sunil Sharma to The Venture Walk at High Park.

Sunil Sharma is a venture capital investor, accelerator leader, and super connector based in Toronto. Over the past decade, he has invested in and supported early-stage tech startups, with 150+ active investments across various funds, including Techstars.

As Director of the Founder Institute in Canada, Sunil supports a portfolio of 550+ companies launched through the program and has led 28 consecutive Founder Institute cohorts, making him one of Canada’s most experienced accelerator operators.

Previously, Sunil was Managing Partner at Extreme Venture Partners, where he co-founded Extreme Startups, one of Canada’s early equity-based pre-seed accelerators. He was also Co-Host of Collision Conference in Toronto and, before entering venture capital, served as an accredited Canadian diplomat representing Canada at the United Nations and in San Diego.

Join us for a relaxed morning walk and thoughtful conversations around startups, fundraising, founder access, co-founder matching, startup ecosystems, and building meaningful companies in Toronto.

We’ll meet near High Park, grab coffee or tea, and then walk together as a curated group. After the walk, anyone who wants to continue the conversation can join us for an optional informal bar meetup and drinks nearby.
