Join us for a captivating journey through the tumultuous lives of Zdena Salivarova and Josef Skvorecky, two inspiring novelists and translators! This poignant play delves into their creative struggles and resilience during communist Czechoslovakia, culminating in their emigration to Toronto. 🌍

Founded in 1971, '68 Publishers was their vision for a Canadian publishing house aimed at disseminating banned Czech literature in the shadow of the Soviet regime.
