[Toronto] Uplift Collective Park Hang for Sustainability Professionals

🌞 Let's enjoy summer in Toronto with a relaxed afternoon outside together! Feel free to bring a +1 (they don't need to be in the ESG space!)

This is an open invite for anyone to swing by, especially sustainability professionals and ESG-curious folks who want to spend some easy time in good company. The plan is simple: a blanket on the grass at Trinity Bellwoods, some snacks, and good conversation.

🌿 The plan: A casual picnic and mingle at Trinity Bellwoods Park, with some easy games if people are up for it (think quick & fun - cards, a frisbee, lawn games, nothing serious).

♻️ A fun FYI (totally optional): The same afternoon, Repair Café Toronto is running a drop-in repair event just a short walk away at Creative Reuse Toronto (68 Abell St), 12–4pm. If you've got something that needs mending - a hem to take up, a small appliance, jewellery, housewares - bring it by to be repaired (they're accepting items until 3pm), then join us in the park after. 🧺 What to bring: A blanket or something comfy to sit on, a snack or drink to share potluck-style if you'd like, and a game or two if you've got a favourite (all optional!)

New to Uplift Collective?
Uplift Collective is a social club for corporate sustainability professionals to connect in-person. Toronto is our first chapter and the start of a broader vision to build a community of local chapters to uplift each other and create space for everyone, particularly in the world of global sustainability and personal wellbeing. Our focus is on authentic support and we love community coffee chats & organic, informal, member-led gatherings.
