👥 Waitlist Info:
All participants will start on a waitlist and will be gradually moved to the going list to balance seating and the ratio of native/non-native Japanese speakers.
全員がウェイトリストに入り、会場の座席の空き状況やネイティブ／非ネイティブの日本語話者の比率を調整するために、徐々に参加リストへ移行されます。

Please read the detailed event guidelines carefully and fill out the questionnaire to participate!
以下の長いイベントの説明を注意深く読んで、参加するためのアンケートに記入してください。

🎤 Event Guidelines for Native Japanese Speakers:

• Choose your seating area based on your preferred language.
• Total duration: 2 hours and 15 minutes, with two table rotations (first at 45 minutes, second at 90 minutes).
• Seating Types:
  • A: Japanese Focus (80% Japanese/20% English)
  • B: Mixed Interaction (50% Japanese/50% English)
  • C: English Focus (90% English/10% Japanese)
• You are not obligated to sit in any area; it's entirely your choice!

❗ Important Note:
Violence, stalking, harassment, or bullying is not tolerated. Violators will receive warnings and may be permanently removed.

📚 Guidelines for Non-Native Japanese Speakers:

Participants should seat themselves according to their proficiency level. No seating rotations will occur for non-native speakers during the event.
