TOWER HAMLETS FAMILY MEET-UP: A Warm Welcome for Parents! 🌟

Bring your bumps, babies, toddlers, and partners to a supportive gathering aimed at fostering connections and positivity throughout your parenting journey!
Join us for heartfelt discussions about pregnancy, birth, and parenting in a relaxed, nurturing atmosphere. This isn't just a meet-up; it's your village to help guide you along the way.

Who is it for?
This event is perfect for new and expectant parents, along with those with little ones up to toddler age. We do have a small play corner with toys for your children, but please note that this is not a playgroup or baby class.

Special Features:

• Expert Guidance: A team of mothers and perinatal professionals will be present to offer antenatal and postnatal support. Monthly guest professionals will also join us, varying with each meet!
• Babywearing Support: Get assistance from Mel and her sling volunteers who will guide you through babywearing techniques and help fit your slings! Various slings and carriers will be available for you to try and rent during the meet-up.
• Refreshments: Enjoy delicious homemade cakes and refreshments (please bring a reusable cup). Drinks and meals can also be purchased from the fantastic E5 Poplar Bakehouse at Poplar Union.
• Accessibility: The venue is spacious and user-friendly for buggies, with facilities including toilets and baby-changing areas.

• When: 1st Thursday of the month, 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Where: Poplar Union

• Booking: Please book tickets for attending adults only, as babies do not require a ticket. Donations for room hire are appreciated; you can donate when booking your ticket or upon arrival (card payments only).
• Sling Help: Note that booking does not guarantee a 1-on-1 sling appointment. Arrive early to get help with slings. It’s helpful if you let us know in advance what you need!
