Formed in 1968 by Emilio Castillo, the band rose to national prominence with their Warner Bros. debut Bump City, producing timeless hits like “You’re Still a Young Man,” “So Very Hard to Go” and “What Is Hip?” Known for their tight horn section, infectious grooves and high-energy live performances, Tower of Power has toured the world and shared stages with legendary artists including Otis Redding, Elton John, Santana and Aerosmith. More than 58 years later, their window-rattling sound and raucous party spirit remain as powerful as ever.Formed in 1969 with a mission to spread brotherhood and harmony, WAR emerged as one of the most influential and socially conscious bands of their era.
