In our Circling practice, we focus on being present and aware, creating an opportunity for deeper interactions and intimacy with ourselves and others. This is a unique chance to develop sensitivity, empathy, and the ability to express your boundaries and desires clearly.

No Previous Experience Required! 🙌

Each session begins with introductory exercises, making it suitable for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners.
