7:20 AM – Quick stretch and meet
7:30 AM – 5K Run - conversational pace, scenic loop through Hyde Park.
8:10 AM – Coffee & Networking
9:00 AM – Wrap-Up - head to work refreshed and energized!
FAQs
Do I need to be an experienced runner?
No! We keep a conversational pace suitable for all levels. Whilst we appreciate this is different for everyone, typically it means we run the route in 30 minutes.
What if it rains?
The café has indoor space for after. It never rains on a Tuesday morning 🌞
Can I bring colleagues?
Absolutely-please share this event with others who may be interested.
What about my work bag?
We have secure locker storage and toilets at the start.
