Vinařství Ilias: degustace

Ilias Winery is a small family-run winery in the picturesque village of Pavlov in South Moravia, founded by Georgios Ilias. All work is carried out by family members themselves. Since 2011, Ilias Winery has been producing organic wines with respect for nature and the cellars.

The core philosophy of Ilias Winery is an organic approach based on the simplest and most gentle methods possible. They also pride themselves on the freedom they grant their customers—you won’t find descriptions on the labels of what flavors and aromas to expect in a given bottle. They leave everything to the imagination, taste buds, and sense of smell of their customers.

The tasting includes light refreshments in the form of cheeses and cold cuts, French bread, and premium olive oil.
