How the night works

7:00 Doors + Social Hour — Grab a drink, catch up, and hop in front of the camera when I wave you over. Want to be in the video? Come early — cameras stop rolling at 7:45.

8:00 The Live Edit — Watch an hour of casual conversation become a finished video in real time: cutting video by deleting text, one-click cleanup that erases every "um" and all the party noise, captions and music, and an AI editing agent doing the grunt work on command. You pick which lines make the cut.

8:45 World Premiere — QR code goes up, the video goes live, and the room watches itself on 20 phones at once.

9:00 Wrap

The fine print

Being on camera is 100% optional — spectators welcome. Nothing gets published without your on-camera thumbs-up, and the editor is on your side: you will look and sound better in the final cut than you did in real life. That's kind of the whole demonstration.
