À propos de l'événement

From Miles Davis to AI Cinema — preserving soul while reinventing the future.
As summer settles over Lisbon and the river glows in the evening light, RedBridge invites you to join us for a special Summer Conversation in our garden overlooking the Tagus.
This relaxed evening brings together two remarkable innovators whose careers have been shaped by creativity, experimentation, and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
Jason Miles is a Grammy-winning producer, composer, and keyboardist who worked closely with Miles Davis and has collaborated with some of the most influential names in contemporary music. Throughout his career, he has explored how technology can expand artistic possibilities while preserving authenticity and soul.
Joining him is Ian Truitner, award-winning filmmaker, entrepreneur, and AI innovator whose work sits at the intersection of storytelling, cinema, and emerging technologies. As founder of RANDIAN, he has become a recognised voice on how AI is reshaping the future of creative industries.
This conversation will be moderated by Ozioma Egwuonwu Founder of BurnBright International, Ozioma is an internationally celebrated speaker, strategist, scholar who has advised governments, Fortune 500 companies, and early-stage startups on the art of transformational storytelling. She has spoken at the UN, TEDx speaker, SXSW, Oxford, and Columbia University, where she was a faculty member, and in 2012 founded World Dream Day — now with a cumulative estimated reach of over one billion people.
Together, they will explore one of the defining questions of our time:
How do we embrace powerful new technologies without losing the human qualities that make creativity meaningful?
From the legacy of Miles Davis to AI-powered filmmaking, the conversation will examine how innovation has always transformed the arts—and what the future may hold for music, film, and storytelling.
Topics will include:
• What today's AI revolution can learn from past creative revolutions
• The future of music and how technology is transforming the way it is created, produced, and experienced
• AI as a creative collaborator rather than a replacement
• The role of intuition, emotion, and human judgment in an AI-driven world
• How artists can preserve authenticity while embracing innovation
More than a discussion about technology, this is a conversation about creativity, curiosity, and the future of human expression.
Join us for an inspiring summer evening of ideas, conversation, and new perspectives—with a glass in hand, a view of the river, and two exceptional guests helping us imagine what comes next.
What would Miles Davis do with AI?
Perhaps the more interesting question is:
What will we do with it?
