Where Are Our Stories Held? A Queer Workshop on Story, Self, and Community

What does it mean to belong to a community while feeling unseen within it? Join us for a unique workshop that invites members of the queer community to slow down and reconnect with themselves and each other through storytelling.

✨ Led by multidisciplinary artist and storyteller Frank Malaba, this participatory session fosters a grounded space for reflection, listening, and shared experiences. Drawing from Southern African oral traditions, Frank will guide you through simple yet powerful exercises that illuminate the body, memory, and voice.

This is not a performance space—it is a sanctuary for presence.

Together, we will explore:

• 🌍 The moments that shape how we navigate the world
• 👥 What it truly means to be seen and heard beyond labels or expectations

You are invited to share, but participation is completely optional. Listening is just as important as speaking. Whether you have deeply connected with your story or are still discovering it, you are wholeheartedly welcome here.
