Join us for a restorative class focusing on the shoulders, neck, and chest — areas often tense from screen time or anxiety. Whether you're working to strengthen weak muscles or release tightness, this session is designed to support your nervous system and promote relaxation.

🌟 In our class, we'll take a dual approach: reinforcing what desk life leaves weak while gently loosening what it keeps tight. Enjoy a slow flow that prioritizes your well-being, complemented by breathwork and moments of stillness, enabling your body to genuinely let go. Forget fleeting stretches; we're here for lasting comfort.

All levels welcome! You needn't be flexible; just bring a willingness to cultivate a sense of safety and comfort, all while connecting with nature.

📍 Meeting Point: Park Saski, near Maria Konopnicka monument
🧥 What to Bring: A mat, water, 2 blocks (if you have them), and something warm for afterwards.
🌦 Weather Policy: If there’s heavy rain, the session will be canceled, and participants will be informed 2 hours before.
