Yoga in Action's Yoga by the Creek

Join us for Yoga by the Creek—a refreshing summertime tradition! 🌞 We're excited to shift our beloved practice from Prescott Park to Carey Cottage, where the serenity of the waterside enhances your yoga experience. 🧘‍♀️

This class is free/by donation and welcomes everyone! A huge thank you to the NH Forest Society for helping us bring this vision to life and for opening the magical space we proudly call our home.

After your practice, feel free to explore the beautiful nature trails by the water. If you're up for some adventure, bring along a paddleboard or kayak for a refreshing time on or in the water! 🚣‍♂️
