📍 Location: The Church of the Holy Apostles and St. Stephen, 901 Courtney Rd, Arbutus, MD 21227 (Red doors by parking lot)

🕺 Dance and Get Fit! Join us for a fun cardio dance fitness session in Zumba style! Enjoy dancing while getting your steps in — it's all about having fun!

Schedule:

• First 5 minutes: Introductions, questions
• Middle 50 minutes: Dancing! (Warmup, core dances, cool-down)
• Last 5 minutes: Outro, reflections, questions
• 15 minutes after class: Trunk Swap

✨ Trunk Swap:
Bring items to swap, such as plant cuttings, old toys, DVDs, or working electronics. If you have swap requests, just reply, and we’ll share your list!

First Time? Welcome! 🎉

All levels are welcome — no prior dance background needed! Enjoy cardio from day one, and you'll improve with every class!

🚶‍♀️ Choose Your Intensity:
Follow one instructor for lower intensity or another for higher intensity.
