Whether you're new or seasoned in your practice, everyone is welcome! 🙌 Our laid-back classes provide a structured yet open environment to enhance your Contact Improvisation skills. Each session will highlight a unique theme, fostering both clarity and exploration. The first part will be guided with valuable tools to boost your listening, responsiveness, and improvisation in contact.

✨ Don’t forget: some Wednesdays may feature an informal jam session after class!

Please Bring:

• Notebook
• Water bottle
• Long-sleeved & long-legged clothing
• Kneepads
• An extra shirt
• A body ready to move and be moved 🌈

Pricing:

• Clip card (10 classes) – 1200 SEK (120 SEK/class)
