This 130-hour course will help you reconnect with yourself and nature, offering tools that can be integrated into your daily life. You can expect a mix of transformative classes, breathtaking views, icy rivers, and lakes, along with opportunities for healthy meals, laughter around the bonfire, and stepping outside your comfort zone—where true growth occurs! 🌄

- Daily Asana Practice (3.5 hours)
What to Expect:
This course is intense and not a luxury retreat. Expect daily physical work as you partake in chores like foraging for meals, cooking, and chopping firewood—Karma Yoga (1.5 hours per day). Recharge with stunning mountain views, the sounds of nearby waterfalls, and the satisfaction of using both your body and mind effectively. 🏞️
To enroll, you should have a basic knowledge of yoga—no advanced practice is required, just a desire to embrace yoga in your life.

-20:00- Movie Nights, Meditation, Talks, Free Time

Course Structure:** 130 hrs over 16 days
- Day 1: Welcome, Opening Circle, Evening Yoga
- Days 2-4: Full Days of Classes
- Day 5: Yoga & Hiking Day
- Day 6: Chill Day
- Days 7-10: Full Days of Classes
- Day 11: Yoga & Hiking Day
- Day 12: Chill Silent Day (no communication, guided meditations)
- Days 13-15: Full Days of Classes
- Day 16: Morning Yoga, Final Classes, and Closing Circle
Included in the Retreat:
- 15 nights in glamping tents (shared or private options; low-budget options include hammocks or your own tent/van)
- All meals from dinner on arrival to breakfast on departure
- All classes, workshops, and activities (130 hrs)
- Certification upon course completion (not affiliated with Yoga Alliance)
- Pickup/dropoff at Århus Knutepunkt (nearest bus stop, 11 km away)
Location: Our center is located in Flatdal, Seljord municipality—known as an artist's paradise with breathtaking mountain views. 🌄 Here at Hagabrekka Wanderland, you will disconnect from everyday stress, living in harmony with nature while learning to implement regenerative living practices.
Meals: We focus on healthy, plant-based nourishment with local and organic ingredients sourced from our garden and surrounding forest. As part of Karma Yoga, participants will be involved in meal preparation and cleanup. 🍽️
