Welcome to a spectacular, creative, over-the-top, entertaining two-night extravaganza in the heart of Stockholm where we celebrate the glamorous, feministic, and queer art form Burlesque! 🎭 SBF is one of the world's biggest and most renowned burlesque events and invites incredible performers from around the globe to showcase their unique takes on this artistic expression. The festival will include everything from classic acts, fan dances, beauty and sexiness, to Drag King and Queen spectacularness, boylesque, nerdlesque, dance, politics, comedy, circus, pole, live music, and storytelling.

On Friday, you are invited to an elegant, seated theater show in the beautiful Södra Teatern.

Welcome also to the ‘Saturday Spectacular’, featuring the ‘Octbooberfest Tasseltwirl Championship’, a grand burlesque show and club at the incredible venue Nalen Ballroom. On Saturday, there is also a free day event with glamorous shopping, an art exhibition, workshops, a book table, crafts, and various happenings!

Headliners:

• Lilly Snatchdragon (UK): An outspoken queer icon and advocate for the global majority in cabaret.
• Vicomte Harbourg (FR): A dandy, dancer, singer, and burlesque performer.
• Frankie Ficticious (US): A renowned international performer, crowned the official Queen of Burlesque / Miss Exotic World 2019.
  They are joined by an incredible and diverse cast from 16 countries over four continents.

Production Information:
Produced by Sweden’s biggest burlesque export, Fräulein Frauke, and artist/filmmaker JP Bichard. Their goal is to spread burlesque and showcase its powerful and innovative artistry.

The Stockholm Burlesque Festival was initiated by Duchess and the Amazing Knicker Kittens in 2010 and is now produced by Bichard Studios, including Fräulein Frauke and artist John-Paul Bichard.
