We're thrilled to introduce this exciting event that shines a light on our local talent. Presented by McDonald's, Speed Lube, Air King, McLeod Express, and Cromwell Media, this series showcases 13 bands from central Illinois, competing for fantastic prizes!
The band with the highest ticket sales by the end of 2026 will win:

• 💸 A $10,000 cash prize
• 📢 A $6,000 advertising package of their choice
• 🎸 An opening slot for a national act in the 2027 season at the historic Lincoln Square Theater

The winner earns the title of "King of the Hill" and can participate again for a chance to defend their crown! Each band will receive equal marketing and promotion, ensuring a fair competition and plenty of opportunities to shine. 📈

This week, we present Silver Lake, a modern country cover band from Decatur, IL, performing classic rock and 2000s hits! Don't miss their debut at the Lincoln Theater!
