40 seats. One seating. A full Kerala Onam sadhya served the way it's meant to be, on a banana leaf, no forks, just your hands and 15 dishes landing in front of you in the right order.
We're doing this for Onam, Kerala's harvest festival, the one with a feast and the flower carpets that basically takes over the whole state. Diwali and Holi got their American moment. This is Onam's.
Onam is Kerala's harvest festival and the centerpiece is the sadhya, a traditional feast served on a single banana leaf with more dishes than you can count. All vegetarian. All intentional. One of the most beautiful meals in the world.
